王晨轩,研究员,博士生导师。1986年生于北京。中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础学院,生物物理与结构生物学系课题组长,院校准长聘教职系列,中国生物物理学会纳米生物学分会优秀青年学者(2023年)。在Sci Adv, PNAS, ACS Cent Sci, JACS, Nano Lett等国际期刊上发表论文60余篇,获得国家专利授权16项。当前研究方向为疾病相关蛋白质折叠、组装、相变与调控。课题组隶属于重大疾病共性机制研究全国重点实验室。目前实验室有副研究员2人,培养研究生8人。主讲八年制与研究生课《生物物理学》,参与《纳米医学概论》、《化学生物学》、《生理学的物理分析》等研究生课教学任务。

教育及工作经历


2004-2008年,兰州大学国家理科化学基地班,本科。

2008-2013年,中国科学院国家纳米科学中心与清华大学化学系联合培养研究生,物理化学专业。导师王琛研究员、杨延莲研究员、李艳梅教授。研究方向:淀粉样蛋白折叠结构的研究及多肽-药物相互作用。2013年获清华大学理学博士学位。

2010年,丹麦奥胡斯大学多学科交叉纳米中心访问学者,合作导师董明东教授。

2013-2018年,美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊校区化学系,化学与生物工程系博士后。合作导师美国工程院院士Nicholas L. Abbott教授,美国科学院院士Samuel H. Gellman教授。研究方向:多肽折叠结构与单分子力学研究。

2018至今,中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础学院生物物理与结构生物学系,课题组长。历任副研究员、硕士生导师、研究员、博士生导师。

研究方向:疾病相关蛋白质组装与调控

蛋白质的正确折叠与组装是维持人体生理机能的必需。肽链通过精密地调控分子间相互作用自组装形成有序三维分子结构,进一步组装、聚集、相分离,形成执行生理功能的分子机器与无膜细胞器。蛋白质组装稳态失衡是一系列退行性疾病共同的病理生理基础。研究蛋白质组装过程与结构,认识自组装过程中的分子间相互作用的本质与规律,实现对自组装过程与功能的有效调控对蛋白质组装相关疾病的预防和治疗有重要意义,从经典药物治疗到相关新型药物治疗的兴起,从微观层面对发病分子机理的阐述到宏观层面治疗模式的创新,新的认识将在未来改变相关疾病的诊治模式,为患者改善预后带来新的机遇。

课题组遵循“认识组装-调控组装-利用组装”的研究思路,发展扫描隧道显微术、原子力探针显微术、核磁共振波谱技术、X-射线单晶衍射、光散射等新颖的物理、物理化学方法用于生物大分子的结构测定,在单分子水平理解与重大疾病发生、发展密切相关的蛋白、多肽的折叠、组装结构和过程,认识蛋白、多肽折叠组装过程中的相互作用本质与调控规律。

       当前,课题组开展的研究课题包括:

1)蛋白质折叠、组装与分子识别的物理化学机制(Sci Adv, 2023; ACS Cent Sci, 2023; Nano Lett, 2023; Mater Today Phys, 2024; J Am Chem Soc, 2017; Nature, 2015)

2)蛋白质折叠与组装调控的生物学与医学应用:靶向夏科-莱登晶体的药物干预及其在慢性鼻鼻窦炎治疗中的应用(Nano Lett, 2022)

3)药物的选择性寡聚化识别淀粉样蛋白组装体的分子机制以及生物学功能(Sci Adv, 2020)
