吕湘课题组简介
吕湘,女,研究员,博士生导师,中国生理学会血液学专业委员会青年委员,中国研究型医院学会血液病精准诊疗专业委员会委员,协和学者特聘教授。
1991年-1995年山东大学生物系,获理学学士学位;1995-1998年就读于中国科学院发育生物学研究所,获硕士学位;1999-2002年中国协和医科大学博士研究生,获得生化与分子生物学专业博士学位;毕业后留所工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员;2004.11-2006.7 受法中科学基金(FFCSA)资助在法兰西学院(INSERM U36)进行博士后研究;2013.7任生化系研究员。2015.10 聘任为病理生理系课题组长。承担和参加了多项自然科学基金、863、973、国家重点研发专项等国家级科研课题及院校创新工程项目。近年工作主要从3D基因组组织及基因长距离调控层面研究造血分化,发现核基质结合蛋白SATB1、SATB2、CTCF、核体蛋白PML4等因子及非编码RNA分子在人β-珠蛋白基因、HOXA基因等造血相关基因簇染色质高级构象组织和发育阶段性表达中的重要调控功能。主要研究工作发表在Blood, Gene & Dev, J Hepat, Cell Res, Nucleic Acids Res, Oncotarget, Mol Cell Biol, J Biol Chem,Sci Rep-UK等杂志。共发表SCI论文35篇,核心期刊论文6篇,其中作为第一作者和通讯作者的论文15篇。2002年获中华医学科技奖一等奖。
研究方向
从事造血分化的多层次基因表达调控研究,近年主要关注染色质高级构象层面的转录调控机制,包括:
1. 正常造血分化和疾病状态下的3D基因组动态组织及其功能研究;
2. 造血关键转录因子基因座的局部染色质高级构象组织和长距离调控研究;
3. 通过靶向关键基因的顺式调节元件改造和提高体外造血分化效率。
